India’s 5,000-year-old system provides a treasure of herbs for Ayurveda, health, vitality and balance. While some are famous, many powerful herbs live under the radar. There are eight such experts-unknown herbs, their benefits and simple ways to consume them. 

Ashwagandha

1. Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) 

Benefits: 

• Reduces stress and anxiety 

• Improves stamina and strength 

• Hormonal supports balance and better sleep 

How to consume: 

Mix 1 tsp of Ashwagandha powder with warm milk and honey at bedtime, or take it as a capsule (300-500 mg daily). 

Guduchi

2. Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia)
