The digital mission includes the following foundational building blocks: 

1. ABHA (Ayushman Bharat Health Account) 

• A unique 14-digit ID to store and access personal health data 

2. Health Information Exchange (HIE) 

• A safe digital mechanism to share medical records with consent 

3. Health Facility Registry (HFR) 

• A national database of verified public and private health facilities 

4. Healthcare Professionals Registry (HPR) 

• A centralized registry of verified doctors and health workers 

5. Personal Health Records (PHR) App
