Invesco Mutual Fund Introduces New India-Focused Pharma and Healthcare Fund

Invesco Mutual Fund has launched the Invesco India Pharma and Healthcare Fund, an open-ended equity scheme investing across pharmaceuticals, hospitals, diagnostics, medical devices, healthcare services, insurance and allied sectors. Managed by Aditya Khemani and benchmarked against the BSE Healthcare TRI, the fund aims to benefit from India’s expanding healthcare ecosystem and innovation opportunities. The NFO opened on August 18, 2026, with a minimum investment of Rs 1,000 and SIP starting at Rs 100, and will close on September 1, 2026. An exit load of 0.50% applies to redemptions within three months. 

Invesco Mutual Fund has launched the Invesco India Pharma and Healthcare Fund, an open-ended equity scheme focused on pharmaceutical, healthcare and related sectors.

The fund aims to benefit from India’s changing healthcare landscape, supported by favourable demographics, wider access to healthcare, increasing insurance penetration, India’s growing position in the global pharmaceutical industry and emerging opportunities driven by innovation across healthcare and life sciences.

The scheme will invest in a broad range of segments, including pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, diagnostic providers, contract development and manufacturing organisations (CDMOs), contract research organisations (CROs), medical devices, healthcare services, insurance and other related healthcare businesses.

The fund will be managed by Aditya Khemani and will use the BSE Healthcare TRI as its benchmark.

During the NFO period, the minimum lump-sum investment is Rs 1,000, with additional investments allowed in multiples of Re 1. For SIP investments, the minimum application amount is Rs 100, also in multiples of Re 1. An exit load of 0.50% will apply to units redeemed or switched out within three months from the date of allotment. No exit load will be applicable after three months.

The New Fund Offer (NFO) opened for subscription on August 18, 2026, and will remain open until September 1, 2026.
