Healthcare Technology Leader Royal Philips has introduced an elevate platform upgrade for its epic elite ultrasound system. It brings increased functionality including advanced upgrade proactive system monitoring, which allows care teams to consult, diagnose and troubleshooting, which reduces the need for intervention on the site.
The platform features a quick-launch pre-set for rapid system setup, streamlining routine processes and reducing the required time for image optimization. This includes automatic adjustments for the image shine and uniformity with CEUS AutoScan to improve overall image clarity.
Additionally, the new auto elastics tool for liver elastography enables a non-invasive method to assess the rigidity of the liver, which further strengthens clinical capabilities. Sachin Grover, head of the ultrasound of the Philips Indian subcontinent, said, “With intelligent automation, rapid diagnosis and more clinical precision, we are empowering physicians to distribute high quality care more efficiently.”
