India Health 2026, organised by Informa Markets in India, recently concluded at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. The third edition brought together more than 300 Indian and international brands and over 8,000 healthcare professionals, providing a broad platform for healthcare providers, manufacturers, clinicians, procurement leaders, policymakers, distributors, innovators and global stakeholders to connect across the healthcare value chain. The event also recorded a 38% rise in unique visitors compared with the previous edition.

The exhibition highlighted the diverse scope of the healthcare industry, covering medical-device manufacturing, diagnostics, medical imaging, surgical technologies, digital health, artificial intelligence, hospital infrastructure and wellness. It enabled technology providers to engage with healthcare institutions and key decision-makers while offering opportunities to explore new solutions, sourcing needs and potential commercial and strategic partnerships.

One of the key highlights of the event was Time Medical’s launch of its first Made-in-India CT scanner, underscoring the increasing focus on domestic medical-device production and the strengthening of capabilities across the manufacturing value chain.

This emphasis was also reflected in the Medical Manufacturing Pavilion, where companies presented their production capabilities and technological innovations. With India’s medical-devices market expected to grow to around $30 billion by 2030, the increased focus on indigenous manufacturing and technology development marks an important phase in the sector’s growth.

The exhibition further demonstrated the growing integration of healthcare with emerging technologies. Companies such as DKS Ortho, DRGEM Healthcare, FaceEcho.AI and Hamdard showcased solutions spanning orthopaedics, medical imaging, AI-driven healthcare and wellness. Advanced surgical technology was also featured through the Euler Advanced Bipolar and Ultrasonic Energy Generator, which is listed on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM).

International participation was another significant aspect of the exhibition. The presence of the Dubai Health Authority helped strengthen discussions on healthcare cooperation between India, the UAE and the broader global healthcare ecosystem.

While the exhibition highlighted current developments shaping the healthcare sector, the conference programme focused on future opportunities. Held under the theme, ‘Driving Innovation to Shape the Future of Clinical Care’, the conference brought together healthcare leaders, clinicians, technology specialists and industry stakeholders to discuss how innovation can improve clinical outcomes, enhance efficiency in healthcare delivery and expand access to quality care.
